BSA Lincoln Jeffries Improved Model B Air Rifle
The Lincoln Jeffries Improved Model B Air Rifle was a transitional design made by BSA. It is considered a rare and collectible air rifle.
Key features of this .177 Rifle are:
Underlever cocking mechanism
Tap loading system
Improved model loading aperture and tap
Straight hand stock with hand checkering with BSA Piled Arms trademark on the left of it.
Original rear sight and foresight
A Lincoln Jeffries Improved Model B Air Rifle in this good a condition is very rare and must be considered a valuable collectible.
This one is in a fitted box with original instructions Whilst the box is of similar age we can not guarantee that it is the box it was originally purchased in.
Additional information:
The Lincoln Jeffries Improved Model B Air Rifle was made circa 1908.
The top of the cylinder is stamped "The BSA Air Rifle (improved model B, The Birmingham small arms Co Ltd England. sole manufacturers."
The tap port plate and lever are stamped "P. Pat."
The underside of the under lever is stamped "Lincoln Jeffries Patent."
The stock is original with no splits or cracks.
The rifle is fully functioning and cocks and fires with no issues.
